The law firm Balčiūnas & Grajauskas was founded in late 2009 by way of joining the forces of two law firms, Balčiūnas & Partners and Grajauskas & Partners. The founders of the firm are well-known Lithuanian advocates Gintaras Balčiūnas and Marius Grajauskas, who built a new team of qualified lawyers offering professional legal services.
The merger idea was a rational response to the changing needs for legal services in the business and public sector. This way we can work more efficiently, offer new services and handle large projects.
